THIRD GRADERS who would like to practice with accompaniments at home can go online to the Music K-8 site using the

following URL: www.musick8.com/rkdojo/rkdojo.tpl

There is a special section marked "STUDENTS" in which the children can then log on and practice with the recorded accompaniments which are the same ones we use in class. They will need to log in with the username "karate." I cannot publish the password on our web page, but I can provide them with it if they would like to take advantage of the site.

GRADES THREE, FOUR AND FIVE students who would like to do a little extra music at home can try www.musicexpressmagazine.com and check out the games, songs and other activities in the "Kids' Corner."

ALL GRADES could try www.dsokids.com/2001/rooms/DSO_Intro.html and check out some fun music activities provided by the Dallas Symphony Organization.

CHOIR continues to meet every Wednesday (except on half days) in the music room from 2:15 - 3:30. We will be beginning all new music in January in preparation for our April 22nd musical and for our Spring Concert in May.
